Love Island may be the best dating show on the telly box, but Celebs Go Dating definitely isn’t far off. There’s just something so entertaining about watching some of our fave famous faces go on dates with the likes of Dave from down the road.
Now that Love Island 2023 has finished it means we can officially focus on the celebrity dating show and right on cue the start date and line up has been announced.
When does Celebs Go Dating start?
Premiering Sunday August 20 on E4 and airing from Sunday straight through to Thursday, a batch of six new stars are on the look out for love.

Who is on Celebs Go Dating 2023?
Chloe Burrows
Following in the footsteps of her fellow Love Island 2021 star, Liam Reardon, is wild one Chloe Burrows.
Celebs Go Dating often plays host to a former Islander with the likes of Megan Barton-Hanson, Olivia Attwood and Curtis Pritchard having taken part in the show before.
“I am excited! I think it will be really fun! I am a bit nervous about opening up to the agents, but I am hoping they can guide me in the right direction.”
Laura Anderson appeared on the last series and she left us shocked when she revealed just how long the counselling sessions in the Agency go on for.
“The best bit [about the show is] the counselling. So when you go on dates there’s a lot of stop/starts with filming, but the counselling when you’re sat in there - because it’s small cameras like Love Island or Big Brother - it does allow you to really be relaxed,” she exclusively told Closer last year.
“They just continually talk to you as if you’re going in and paying for a therapy session. It can be like three hours.
“That was the most comfortable I felt, even though it can be hard to be quite vulnerable."
Adam Collard
Chloe isn't the only Love Island star heading to the agency as Love Island 2022 lothario Adam Collard is taking ANOTHER go at finding The One, well, kind of.
“I’m buzzing for this one! I will open up I think, see what happens or maybe just have a good time, but at least I will know more about me and the people I usually go for.”
Vanessa Feltz
National treasure and icon, Vanessa Feltz, is surely going to be the star of the show.
“It has been 17 years since I have been on a date, I am feeling excited! The agency is amazing, and they are very professional, and they’ve got your best interests at heart. Therefore, I am entering with hopes high and looking forward to it.”
Mark-Francis Vandelli
Made in Chelsea legend, Mark will be another reality TV star looking for love. Following in the footsteps of Stephanie Pratt and Miles Nazaire who previous took part in the dating show.
“It is going to be fun! I have given this infinitely less thought than I probably should have done but I am looking forward to it!”
Lottie Moss
Model and influencer, Lottie Moss, is just as excited about showing the 'real' her as she is about finding love.
"I am nervous, but I am looking forward to people seeing my real personality. I am hoping the agents can find me someone I can settle down with.”
Spuddz
Online comedic sensation, Spuddz, is ready to put aside the jokes as he goes on the hunt for love.
“I was nervous before and then when I got here it all went away. I am excited, I’m looking forward to seeing who the agents match me with!”
Who are the Celebs Go Dating experts?
Joining Paul Carrick Brunson, who made his CGD debut in season five, Anna Williamson took the reigns from Nadia Essex during season six. She began her presenting career on CBBC, and has experience as a journalist and life coach, too.
“When Paul delivers a stern word you still fall in love with him,” Anna previously told Closer.
“I come from a caring place as a life coach, but I’m not afraid to call someone out when I feel like their behaviour is not appropriate and they’re not being genuine. I’m not afraid of being the bad cop to Paul’s good cop, necessarily."
As well as Anna and Paul a new expert is joining the dating panel, in the form of Dr Tara, a sex & relationship coach.
Are Eden Blackman and Nadia Essex on Celebs Go Dating?
Both Nadia and Eden left the Celebs Go Dating ship in 2018.
Eden officially left after series four, claiming he wanted to focus on other business ventures, including a dating app called Would Like to Meet, but his departure was shrouded in controversy after a civilian dater claimed he had been having an affair with her.
The show's other OG dating expert Nadia Essex was later axed from the show.
Who narrates Celebs Go Dating?
That would be the HILARIOUS Rob Beckett, who we think gives Love Island voice over-er Iain Stirling a run for his money.
