Now that the new series of Australian Married At First Sight is back on our screens with the cast causing chaos left, right and centre it has us missing the Brit brides and grooms from last year a tad.
The 2023 series of MAFS UK was an explosive season with chaotic dinner parties, constant feuds and a record number of the cast being booted out of the social experiment turned dating show.
One person who has been caught up in their fair share of dramz since the show came to an end is Peggy Rose.
Matched with Georges Berthonneau during her time on MAFS, the couple split just before the reunion episode was aired and it would seem that the break up wasn't all that amicable as the exes are in a constant back and forth of shady remarks and passive aggressive memes. It's ever so divorced couple of them.
Peggy recently spoke to Closer about the end of their relationship and admitted, "I’m truly gutted that Georges ended things without revealing the real reason why."
But it turn out that Peggy is also looking to the future, as not only was she rumoured to be getting up close and personal with a certain Love Island hottie but she also chatted about taking part in a different reality TV show.
Well, kind of.
It turns out that Georges may have hinted Peggy was going to be heading into the world of Brentwood and his ex wanted to clear up any speculation.
Chatting to Closer Peggy revealed, “Georges is trying to make people think I did MAFS for TV exposure, which I didn’t."
That thought didn't even cross our minds when we were watching Peggy on the show, she seemed far too interested in having her dream marriage and perfect husband.
As for TOWIE, Peggy may be from Kent but she is besties with some of the Essex babes including Junaid Ahmed and former cast memberChloe Brockett.
She said, “I’m not saying I wouldn’t do it, but it’s just a rumour.
"I am friends with a lot of the cast, they’re like my family. I’ve known them for years.”
To be fair, now that Chloe B has confirmed she is no longer part of the TOWIE fam the role of Junaid's BFF is up for grabs; who better to jump into their position then someone who is 'like family'?
