Those watching the latest series of TOWIE will know that certain members of the cast are busy redefining the word 'chaos' on and off camera these days.
And as much as we feast on this kind of stuff, the current drama drama-ing between Harry Derbidge, his ex Joe Blackman, and his new man (Harry's ex best friend) Junaid Ahmed has left even us clutching our pearls in disbelief and anticipation this year.
We always knew TOWIE was messy (in the best possible way, obv) but this is MESSY.
A short recap (but you really should cancel all immediate plans and catch up on ITVX if you require this, cause it's telly gold): Harry and Joe have been on the rocks for a while now, Junaid realised he fancied Joe and now Joe and Junaid are together, and they're certainly not afraid to let the rest of the cast and the fandom know it (lest we forget the endless cozy date night content on Instagram and THAT almighty love bite looking for its own credit on the show at the TOWIE sports day).
No matter what side of this drama you're on as a viewer, it's hard not to feel sorry for Harry in all of this. Not only is he currently getting over heartbreak, but he's having to do it while watching his former bestie getting it on with his ex – and then watch it again and again as it plays out on national television. What's a guy to do?
Get revenge and get thirsty, that's what. Relatable stuff, Harry.
Those who follow Harry on Instagram will know that since the break-up he has been focusing on himself, his health and his wellbeing. In fact, he's pretty much been living at the gym, and fans and co-stars certainly noticed the results when they caught a glimpse of the star in his most recent grid post.
Harry posted an array of spicy shirtless selfies, including one where he strips down to his boxers and, well, let's just it's clear where he wants people to look. We won't say it, we'll let his mate Sophie Kasaei do that...
The Geordie Shore turned TOWIE queen commented, 'Oh wow 🍆.'
It's safe to say a fair few of his TOWIE girlies had similar reactions, with Amy Childs commenting, '🔥🔥🔥🔥', and Courtney Green adding, 'Wow my jaw is on the floor.'
While Harry's TOWIE chums are clearly here for Harry feeling his oats (as are we btw - do you, and do you hard, babe), some of his followers, were quick to share their unwarranted criticisms.
In fact, one erm, fan, commented, 'I love you Harry but this is giving desperate vibes 🥺 please keep your dignity ❤️.' Eye roll.
To be fair, most of the comments looked as gorgeous as this one, 'Glow up started when you got rid of that boy dragging you down. Your worth so much more 🙌❤️.'
And as hilarious as this one, 'Well…they don’t call you Humungous Harry for nothing…👀.'
