You can always rely on the TOWIE guys and gals to keep the drama alive, even when the show isn't being aired because no one seems to thrive in a world of chaos as much as an Essex cast member.

Last season saw the demise of Harry Derbidge's relationship with Joe Blackman and the start of Joe's budding romance with Harry's frenemy Junaid Ahmed and yes, we also thought that Joe and Junaid despised each other, but there's a fine line between love and hate, babes.

The trio spent the majority of series 34 in a feud and it all came to a head in the TOWIE Christmas special during an explosive festive meal.

During The Only Way is Essexmas episode Joe claimed his romance with Harry failed because he 'wouldn’t put out' which left the rest of the cast gagged at the scathing remark. Fair.

With that in mind, Harry has since taken to Instagram to post a reel making light of the jibe with the caption, 'When you don't "put out"😂.'

The OG TOWIE star can be seen lip-syncing to the soundbite, 'I haven't had sex in so long I'm afraid I'll forget how to moan, what if I f**k up and I bark?' and it's safe to say his fans are loving the video.

Countless people shared (quite literally) hundreds of laughing face emojis including his bestie Amy Childs and Love Island winner Cara De La Hoyde.

One person commented, 'All the shade,' with someone else adding, 'Bet your ex and him are barking, they're both dirty dogs.'

Harry recently admitted that he is single despite traveling Down Under to visit a mystery fella, but we are still hoping he will have some sort of romantic storyline in the upcoming season.
