We can always rely on TOWIE's Saffron Lempriere to say what we're all thinking, can't we? Or at least what we're thinking here at Closer HQ.
When the line-up for this year's Celebrity Big Brother leaked in the press we had MANY, many thoughts...
Could JoJo Siwa and Patsy Palmer become the next Ali Bromley and Lily Benson? Will Danny Beard read the likes of Michael Fabricant and Mickey Rourke to filth (yes, please)?
And what will reality telly legends, TOWIE's Ella Rae Wise and Love Island's Chris Hughes make of each other? Because in our minds, that's the show romance of the season just waiting to happen.
Then we remembered that Ella is currently loved up with her co-star Dan Edgar (although she's reportedly - and understandably - worried about leaving him on his lonesome for the next few weeks), so we mentally binned that storyline before it had even begun.
And then, Ella's co-star Saffron had her say on the matter and suddenly we got wondering again.
Speaking of her co-star allegedly entering the house on Monday (7 April 2025) and meeting Chris she told The Sun, '[Ella]'s very strong with Dan. Who knows, it changes quick.
'I think Chris will fancy Ella. But Ella is a loyal girl.'
And Chris is single – as far as we know – and, oh yeah, Chris Hughes...
Saffron continued, 'I don’t even know where Ella and Dan are - I’ve not spoken to them for a few weeks as filming ended three weeks ago and I've moved homes. But I reckon Chris will definitely fancy Ella.'
The TOWIE star fears the CBB experience will be too 'daunting' for Ella, telling the publication, 'It will be daunting for her, she’s only 24 - all these personalities from different walks of life. She’ll probably get on with Donna [Preston].'
'Patsy [Palmer] is quite into her spiritual stuff, she might be a bit of a mother hen. I think Trisha will be the mum in there. Ella will get stuck in with the challenges - she’s done The Challenge, she’s good with that sort of stuff.
'She’s good indoors and at home, I think she will do well with those sort of things. I think she will miss home, she’s very close to her mum and Dan and her phone.'
Of course, we don't know for sure whether Ella is actually gearing up to enter the Big Brother house next week, as all named are still (technically) speculation until the show officially launches on ITV1 on Monday night.
Love Island 2017 star Chris was one of the first celebrity names to enter the CBB rumour mill earlier this year.
