Love Island fans everywhere were heartbroken when it was revealed that Whitney Adebayo and Lochan Nowacki had ended their romance.

The former couple came in second place on season ten of the dating show, losing out to Jess Harding and Sammy Root. Despite battling split rumours back in August 2024, the couple seemed to be on good terms, however, just a few days ago they both confirmed they had split.

Whitney shared the news via an Instagram story with Lochan following suit. Shortly after, Whitney posted a TikTok titled, 'Chapter 4 - Choosing Me,' where she went into much more detail about their break up.

Declaring, 'April 4th felt like a cruel reminder of winter's chill, it was the day he chose to stop choosing us,' Whitney shared an update with her followers and fans about how she was feeling.

Fast forward to 21 April and Whitney has posted a VERY different TikTok and we are equally obsessed with her savage take as we were with the much more vulnerable side.

Facing the camera and lip-syncing, Whitney used a Nicki Minaj clip which claimed, 'I am fully aware of what y'all say about me, number one and I don't give a f***.'

She added the caption, 'rightttt' and there is no denying her latest social media post has gained some major attention from fans.

One person commented, 'There’s a lot of us that appreciated your vulnerability!!' with another adding, 'They forgot who my girl is. It never gave gaf. ✨'

Lochan is yet to share any other info about their break up, other than the split statement which was similar to Whitney's and he doesn't exactly give a 'spill the tea' vibe to us so we can't imagine we will hear much from him any time soon.

But who knows? We could well be wrong, perhaps he will release a tell-all twenty minute YouTube video like beauty bloggers used to do back in the era of influencer feuds and when cancel culture was at its peak.
