As savage as it is when contestants are dumped from the Love Island villa it does also mean we are able to grab them for a chat and get all the deets about their time on the dating show.

It was a bittersweet moment when Demi Jones was booted out of the All Stars villa; bitter because it meant we would no longer be seeing her ridiculously stunning face on our telly screens, sweet because it meant we could drag her to our studio for a good ol' gossip sesh.

When we say drag, we mean politely asked her management if we could PLEASE have her in the studio for a Love Island catch-up because she's the ultimate hun.

Luckily for us, it was a strong yes and we were even joined by Demi's bestie and fellow Love Island 2020 icon, Shaughna 'congrats hun' Phillips.

During our time with the girlies we chatted about all the important stuff; sexual tension in the villa, Demi's relationship with Luis Morrison and what she WASN'T allowed to bring in to the villa.

If we adored Demi before it was nothing to compared to after our chat; her answers confirmed our theory that she is a relatable queen who we wish was on Love Island for longer than eight days.

"There were things we wanted to take into the villa that we weren't able to," Demi began, "I really wanted to take loads of trackies because in the afternoon when you eat your dinner you want to be lazy and comfy."

We told you she was relatable; imagine having to get all glammed up in an Oh Polly mini dress and Ego heels to then sit around and eat a roast dinner. No thanks.

Demi isn't the first Islander to reveal items that are banned or even confiscated from them; Kady McDermott opened up last year about what clothing items she had taken away from her and we'd be raging, tbh.

Demi continued, "You don't want to sit there eating your dinner with your rolls out in your bikini, do you know what I mean? "

Her comment obviously had everyone in hysterics because WHERE IS THE LIE?

"You want to be in comfy and cozy jim jams, but I couldn't take them."

That's enough for us to reconsider whether we would even want to take part in the romance reality TV show. No comfy joggers to chill in after a day of grafting and loitering around the fire-pit? We'll stay in chilly 'ole England, thank you very much.

Unless Callum Jones wants to throw a wink our way, then MAYBE we'd be swayed.
