The Love Island producers certainly kept us entertained in series 11.
They were still sending bombshells into the villa two weeks before the final and one of those latecomers was Lola Deluca and surprise, surprise, she already knew Joey Essex.
She had a short but sweet stint - arriving on day 44 and leaving five days later - so here's your need to know on Love Island's Lola.

Shortly after arriving at the VIP party, Lola was playing footsies with Joey which made everyone (including Jessy Potts) assume that she'd couple up with Mr Essex.
In fact, as Lola was preparing to reveal who she would be stealing, Jessy was in tears worrying that she'd get dumped. However Lola surprised everyone and recoupled with Reuben Collins.
At the next recoupling she got with Harry Baker (who she entered the villa with).

Lola was only in the villa for five days. She entered on day 44 and was dumped at Movie Night on day 49. Savage.

So it turns out that Joey wasn't the only TOWIE star Lola has connections to - she's followed by Pia Smith. Although calling her a TOWIE star is a bit of a stretch as her scenes were edited out of the show after she was axed following 'lunatic' behaviour on a flight back from filming the ITVBe show.
Lola's also followed by TOWIE alumni including Pete Wicks, Rem Larue, and Chloe Brockett.
She wouldn't be the first TOWIE star who's not actually from Essex (see below) so get her in the show, basically.
Who has Lola Deluca dated before?
At the VIP party, Lola revealed that she and Joey had been liking each other's Instagram Stories and they met in Ibiza last year but nothing ever came from it.
She also told producers, "I’ve never been in a relationship before and haven’t had any luck whatsoever finding love myself, so I think I could definitely benefit from some Love Island help.
"Love Island is a great opportunity as it puts you in situations you may not have had the chance to be in, so I’m hoping to get to know people that I may not normally meet. Now also feels like the right time for me so I’m excited to meet everybody."
Who was Lola Deluca's type?
We saw her ask Joey and Reuben for a chat at the VIP party because they're her type.
"Joey is my type to a tee so it will be interesting to see if there is anything between us," she told producers.
"Reuben seems lovely, he’s from Surrey so I think we are going to get on well, he’s so handsome and seems very endearing and just a genuine lovely guy.
"Sean is hilarious. I find him so funny and like his cheeky chat so keen to see if there’s a spark there," she told producers.

Before entering the villa Lola described herself as "fun, bubbly and friendly" before going on to say, "I’d say my personality [makes me a catch] first and foremost, I’d like to think that those traits are what the rest of the Islanders will be drawn to.
