It came as a surprise to no one when cheeky chappie Love Island's Ronnie Vint, 28, gravitated towards TOWIE’s Elma Pazar, 31, when the doors to the All Stars villa opened for a new series.
However, 30-year-old Kaz Crossley quickly threw a spanner in the works and turned Ronnie’s head, much to the annoyance of Elma’s BFF, Harry Derbidge. Here, the TOWIE star tells Closer why he’s wary of Ronnie breaking Elma’s heart.
Do you think Elma and Ronnie make a good match?
I don’t know, my opinion changed. I honestly think out of all the boys that are in there at the moment, she was paired up perfectly with Ronnie, because Elma likes a little cheeky chap. She likes someone fun, and I think Ronnie is that kind of person, so I feel like it was a good match. And then the kiss happened with Kaz, and I was like, ‘Oh, no, is he going to go to Kaz?’ I hope he doesn’t, because I don’t want my Elma being left single in there.
So, you’re hoping Ronnie sticks with Elma?
Obviously, I’m very much Team Elma. She’s one of my best friends. I’m hopeful Ronnie will stick with her, because I feel like he has a bit more of a connection with Elma. Ronnie’s the type of person that would take Elma’s banter. Like when she said to him, ‘Oh, you’re a bad kisser,’ he didn’t take that personally. He sees the funny side in it.
Who else would be a good match for Elma?
If it didn’t work out with Ronnie, then I would have to say Scott [Thomas]. But I do think Scott is really into India [Reynolds].
Who would you love to come in for Elma?
Maybe Davide [Sanclimenti]! Imagine that, with Ekin-Su [Cülcüloglu] in there. That would be good telly!
