Nothing screams festive fun quite like the always explosive EastEnders Christmas special.
As the days become cooler it means the festive season is fast approaching. Of course, we have spooky season up first, but when Christmas hits we will FINALLY discover who Sharon Watts has declared as "dead" in the shocking teaser released earlier on in the year.
For everyone else, Christmas is a time for Quality Street chocolates and quality family time, but for the residents of Walford it's more about murder, mystery and Mick Carter being lost at sea.
But as we all wonder who the hell has died in the middle of the Queen Vic pub, potentially at the hands of EastEnders glammed up leading ladies, it turns out that's only a smidge of the drama going down this Yuletide.
Jacqueline Jossa who played the role of Lauren Branning, will be making a comeback and it's going to be carnage,
Jacqueline opened up about her return to the soap, "I’m really excited. It’s such an amazing time to be back as there is so much buzz around EastEnders at the moment. I’ve been watching and loving it like a fan.
"Walford holds a special place in my heart, so it really does feel like coming home," she said.
Jacqueline, who is married and has two children with former TOWIE star Dan Osborne, joined the show in 2010 and was part of EastEnders for eight years.
A year after she left the legendary series, Jacqueline went on to take part in I'm a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!where she took home the title of Queen of the Jungle, beating Coronation Street legend, Andy Whyment.
She returned to the show for a hot sec at the start of the year alongside Thomas Law, who was one of the 7684936586 actors to play the role of Peter Beale, but it looks as though Jacqueline's Christmas comeback will be bigger and better than before.
Naturally, this has us wondering, will Lauren be caught up in the 'who is dead and who done it' storyline?
All we know is that this year's Christmas special has the possibility of being one of the best yet.
