"It’s sad, but my social circle has become smaller. I know a lot of people, which is great, but in terms of actually telling secrets or sharing anything private, I’m so guarded. It’s because of things like that – you can’t trust anyone, as Coleen has proven.”

RHOC’s Leanne Brown 'shaken up' after 'assault' by Magali Gorré
Christine’s private life – with husband Paddy McGuinness, 45, twins Leo and Penelope, both five, and Felicity, two – has not been smooth sailing, as the twins were diagnosed with autism in 2017 and Felicity has also showed signs of the condition.
Her eight-year marriage to TV presenter Paddy was put to the test last year when he was seen “cuddling up to” singer Nicole Appleton on a night out. But the couple remained united.
She says, “We find it difficult to do anything together, especially away from home, as the children are all young – we just share time off. We do really enjoy our time together, and tend to do lunch dates when the children are at school. It works for us – we’re happy with that."
