Jodie Marsh and James Placido are officially divorced
In April last year Jodie Marsh announced she has split from her husband James Placido. On Twitter she shared a photo which read: "It is with sadness that I bring you the news that James and I have separated.
"I will be keeping all the dogs with me. I won't be taking calls on the matter as I'd like to be left alone. I thank you in advance for your sensitivity on this subject…"
Following her split, Jodie surprised fans with her baby announcement, she claimed her ex took £10,000 from her and she threatened to expose her husbands 'lies' in an explosive Twitter rant.
The former glamour model then appeared on This Morning and revealed she was embarrassed about her marriage split. After 20 months of marriage the 38-year-old has now celebrated her divorce in a hilarious way.
On social media Jodie proved just how happy she is by stripping naked and dancing in her garden. On Instagram, she wrote: "Wahoooooooooooooooo THIS IS THE BEST DAY OF MY LIFE!!!!!!! I am officially DIVORCED!!!!!!!!!!!!
"I am running naked round my garden to celebrate. I am reborn. I am finally free. I am the happiest I've ever been. To anyone out there who's in an unhappy relationship: break free, join the rebirth."
She went on to encourage people to leave a bad relationship and live their life for themselves. She continued: "Nobody should put up with bad treatment or feeling unappreciated.
"Remember, you are amazing. You control your own destiny. Know your worth. Never again will I be duped by anyone. I know who I am and what I want. No one can hold me back or take from me.
"It's been an expensive lesson to learn for me. Don't make the same mistakes I did. I'm not saying you shouldn't believe in true love but don't let anyone make you feel dependant on them for happiness and don't believe everything people tell you."
She then added: "Listen to your gut. If something doesn't feel 100% right then it probably isn't! Say hello to the newly single and HAPPY Jodie Marsh!!!!!!! Ps. Ironically today is exactly one year to the day that I booted him out of my beautiful house and changed the locks."
Fans were quick to congratulate the reality star on her news. One person wrote: "Congratulations it's the best feeling ever.xx"
Someone else said: "I can totally relate. Congratulations!!!"
Another commented: "Congratulations Jodie! May good things continue to come in your life from this day forward"
A fourth person said: "Aww brilliant news! Your right onwards and upwards... once bitten twice shy... keep that smile my friend xx"
One more person added:
This isn't the first time Jodie has stripped on the internet; she celebrated her five-year celibacy vow with a naked selfie, she also posted a naked gym selfie and has been fairly honest about preferring sex toys to men.
