Amy Childs is best known for her iconic long red hair that she rocked at the start of her TOWIE career, when she burst on to the reality scene as a fresh-faced beauty therapist and Brentwood’s resident vajazzler over ten years ago, but she’s a woman who has had many many hair styles over the years.
From a sleek, straight bob to ombre waves back to long and red again, there’s not a hairdo that Amy hasn’t tried.
The reality star recently shared a throwback photo of her with black hair and, honestly, we can’t believe how different she looks.
With series 30 of TOWIE just days away, Amy took to her Instagram Stories to post a photo of herself with long, dark hair.
Alongside the picture, she wrote, “When your PA sends me this photo. Love you @jessbolton.x 🤣🤣.”
Amy’s dark hair is a world away from signature red tresses, which she reverted back to last year ahead of the last series of the ITVBe show.
“Have you missed me 😉 It’s back… it’s bold… and it’s here to stay! … Red for *Passion, Energy* and (lights… camera…) *Action*… @towie coming soon 🎥 ♥️,” she wrote on Instagram at the time.
Fans definitely prefer Amy’s auburn hair as one wrote, “You are definitely best a red head. I've had blonde high lights for years and have gone temporary red and love it ... could I ask what colour??”
Another added, “Literally couldn’t be happier your red hair is back!!! 👏👏🔥❤️ you look amazingggg so fresh and about 10 years younger,” while a third wrote, “This is your colour, brings out your eyes and suits your skin tone 😍.”
Amy is set to return to TOWIE for series 30 with her cousin Harry Derbidge. Her boyfriend Billy Delbosq will also be appearing on the show.
