This Morning presenter and matcha latte queenRochelle Humes has announced some very exciting news on Instagram: she's launching her very own cookbook.

The book, titled'At Mama's Table', promises to be filled with 'simple, healthy (some naughty), delicious, nutritious family meals' and fans are already excited to get their hands on it.
Rochelle revealed the inspiration behind the new venture in a lengthy post, saying: "I get SO many messages daily asking how I’ve made dinner or what my hacks are getting veggies down my babies and for my weaning tips...well now you have all the answers..."
At Mama’s Table is out on October 14 and available to pre-order here.
One follower wrote, "Need this in my life, I’m sure I rotate 7 dinners 😂"

Rochelle thanked her fans for their support on her Instagram stories and reassured her followers that both her roast potato and prawn recipe WILL feature in the book. Thank the heavens.

In other news, Rochelle also recently shared the exact thermo coffee glasses she often posts on her Instagram Story.

"I can't tell you how many messages I get a day about my glasses that I drink out of.
"I use the double-walled ones so they either keep your drink really cool or really hot. This one is perfect for the matcha latte... I also put my cold drinks in here as well like squash," she explained.
