As a part of the green tea family, matcha is a great way to get your caffeine fix without the jitters. It's also loaded with antioxidants and vitamins, with benefits including improved bone health to increased metabolism.
After a hilarious matcha segment on ITV's This Morning (err, let's just say Phillip Schofield isn't a fan), Rochelle Humes has finally shared her matcha latte recipe on Instagram and it's glorious.

In a post captioned, 'What’s Matcha with you? 🍵 Well apparently this Mama gets no chill 🤣 SO many of you have been asking how I drink my Matcha...so here goes 💚 (recipe on vid)' the This Morning presenter shared her tips and tricks for perfecting a matcha latte.
Rochelle's secret? A froth machine, everyone.
The 32-year-old blitzed up half a teaspoon of matcha powder, 1/4 cup of oat milk, 1/4 a teaspoon of cinnamon and a lid full of maple syrup in a HadinEEon Milk Frother.
The machine is on the slightly more expensive side at £43, but it's been rated an average of 4.5 stars from over 23,000 customers and has been praised for its 'easy to use' design.
You can use the frother to perfect matcha lattes or iced drinks and it also heats milk for lattes and other hot drinks.
One chuffed buyer wrote, 'Super chuffed with this milk frother!! Hubby and I feel like we have hacked Starbucks lattes at home, and for a fraction of the price. Soya milk broths up lovely too!'
It would be rude not to.

In other news, Rochelle has finally shared the exact thermo coffee glasses she often posts on her Instagram Story.
"I can't tell you how many messages I get a day about my glasses that I drink out of.
"I use the double-walled ones so they either keep your drink really cool or really hot. This one is perfect for the matcha latte... I also put my cold drinks in here as well like squash," she explained.
You can shop the glasses, here.
