You may know Rochelle Humes as a singer who shot to stardom in The Saturdays, a television presenter on This Morning, or the founder of her brand My Little Coco. Whatever she does, she does it WELL - and that's including raising her three little ones, Alaia-Mai, Valentine and Blake.
The star exclusively shares her everyday routine with Closer and having to navigate her career, business, relationships and most of all motherhood...
6.45 am: Blake, my 10-month-old son, will cry for me to go in to him. Sometimes he wakes up at 7 am and those extra 15 minutes feel like heaven! Marvin doesn’t get home from work until 1 am [he has a late-night radio show], so I do the first hour so he can stay in bed.
7.15 am: Alaia starts school really early and has to be in by 7.45 am. So, she’ll have toast or fruit and I’ll be doing her hair at the same time. I’ve managed to train Marvin to brush the girls’ hair, a ponytail is his forte!
7.30 am: It’s like a conveyor belt in the mornings, Valentina doesn’t start nursery until 10 am, so Marvin will watch the two youngest while I take Alaia in, Blake will have a bottle and Val will have some porridge.
8 am: Some mornings I go straight from the school run to Pilates so I’ll already be in my gym gear, I have a pair of Victoria’s Secret Leggings, which are my favourite. On the way back I’ll grab a green juice.
11 am: I’ll head to the My Little Coco [her kids’ hair and skin range] offices with Blake and get some work done – half the time I go in with my gym gear on!
1 pm: Lunch time is my thing. There’s a place near the office where you can make your own salad box, which I love! I snack constantly throughout the day, there are always cupcakes or doughnuts at the office.
3.30 pm: When the girls are home from school, it’s homework time. Marvin is definitely stricter than me as I’m always doing two things at once and sometimes forget to check on them.
6 pm: It’s important to me that we all have dinner together. The girls love my fajitas, but Marvin’s favourite is a roast. If we go out, we love Roka as we’re big sushi fans!
7.30 pm: I like to have all the kids in bed for 7.30 pm so I have the rest of the evening to myself.
8 pm: I always have a bath in the evening and I love a Diptyque candle. I’ll do my skincare routine too; I use Garnier Micellar Water and L’Oréal Revitalift Hyaluronic Acid, which makes your skin feel lovely.
9 pm: I put on my SKIMS pyjamas and watch TV downstairs with Marv if he’s not working. We just finished Sex/Life on Netflix and absolutely loved it!
10 pm: I reply to a few emails and scroll through Instagram and see everyone on holiday and get so jealous, it’s hurting my soul a little bit! Normally, Marvin is the first to fall asleep, but recently it’s been me as I’ve been so busy.
10.30 pm: I try to be asleep by 10.30 pm. For the last three months I’ve slept with my phone in the hallway to stop me using it before
