Black Friday 2024 falls on the last Friday of November every year, meaning it will take place on Friday 29 November. However, early deals often take place as early as the start of November. Despite being called 'Black Friday', deals often also run over the whole weekend, and even into the following Monday (often referred to as Cyber Monday due to huge electronic deals).

When is Amazon's Black Friday sale?

Over the past few years, Amazon has released Black Friday deals on Black Friday itself. Other retailers have a tendency to release early deals from early November, but Amazon's official Black Friday sale happens on the day, lasting across the weekend and finishing on the Monday.

Personally, we'd say Black Friday tends to be better for gift deals all round. Black Friday sales tend to have deals off everything - from beauty to fashion and electronics - across countless amounts of sites. However, further reductions might just take place on Cyber Monday, so keep your eyes peeled for more discounts.

However, we'd recommend starting on Black Friday rather than Cyber Monday, as stock can be limited, especially on lightning deals across Amazon. While it might be tempting to hold out for further reductions, we'd recommend to get it when you see it - otherwise it might not be there in the next few days (or even hours).
