When is Black Friday 2024?
Black Friday 2024 falls on the last Friday of November every year, meaning it will take place on Friday 29 November. However, early deals often take place as early as the start of November. Despite being called 'Black Friday', deals often also run over the whole weekend, and even into the following Monday (often referred to as Cyber Monday due to huge electronic deals).
When is Amazon's Black Friday sale?
Over the past few years, Amazon has released Black Friday deals on Black Friday itself. Other retailers have a tendency to release early deals from early November, but Amazon's official Black Friday sale happens on the day, lasting across the weekend and finishing on the Monday.
Is Black Friday or Cyber Monday better for Christmas gift deals?
Personally, we'd say Black Friday tends to be better for gift deals all around. Black Friday sales tend to have deals on everything - from beauty to fashion and electronics - across countless amounts of sites. However, further reductions might just take place on Cyber Monday, so keep your eyes peeled for more discounts.
We'd recommend starting on Black Friday rather than Cyber Monday, as stock can be limited, especially on lightning deals across Amazon. While it might be tempting to hold out for further reductions, we'd recommend getting it when you see it - otherwise, it might not be there in the next few days (or even hours).
Is it worth waiting for Black Friday deals?
We'd say so, especially when it comes to your Christmas shopping. Black Friday means loads of discounts on some big brand names. Being patient, waiting on bigger brands to drop their deals and investing in higher-quality pieces can really make all the difference. Alternatively, you could buy lots of little presents as stocking fillers or gifts for the entire family. Either way, we'd say Black Friday is worth the wait.
What are the expected Black Friday Christmas gift deals?
