WHAT TO READ NEXT:
Here are four simple tips on the best ways to use glitter eyeshadow:
1. Smokey eye
This is my favourite way to wear glitter. It’s a twist on the classic smudge effect, but with lots of sparkles, of course. For just a touch of glamour, add glitter near your tear ducts.
2. Glitter liner
Swap the black winged eyeliner for a fun glitter eyeshadow. If it helps, wet a brush to guide the glitter along. Alternatively, you can apply eyeliner first and add a silver shiny layer on top.
3. Use as highlighter
Just because it's eyeshadow, doesn’t mean it strictly needs to be used on your eyes, right? A gold or silver glitter eyeshadow can enhance where you’d normally put your highlighter. This is my go-to festival makeup!
4. Full on glitter
Don’t stop there. If you’re feeling bold, stand out from the crowd and use it to cover your entire eyelid. This is a fantastic way to breathe life into the dullest outfits.
