Student Daria Radionova, 21, spent £20,000 covering her £50,000 Mercedes in Swarovski crystals but she's decided to use it to help the shelter.
An arson attack destroyed the home, killing more than 60 dogs and leaving 150 homeless.

Daria told a UK newspaper: "I want to raise money for the homeless animal shelter in the UK that was burned a few weeks ago, the one in Manchester. I cannot stay away from that situation.

So far more than £1million has been raised since the tragedy. Earlier this month Simon Cowell donated £25,000 for the repairs, and said he would send the rescuers on a £10,000 all-inclusive holiday.

Speaking last week of her car, Daria told the Mail: "It has only just been finished and everywhere I go people stop to have a look at it.
"It gets lots of attention from people walking by and in cars. Sometimes I think they might crash. Everyone is taking pictures of it."
The car reportedly took a team two months of 12-hour days to complete.
