Long-term TOWIE fans will know that show veteran James Bennewith – or 'Diags', as he's more commonly known - hasn't had the smoothest of rides when it comes to relationships over the years, even by TOWIE's standards.
He did, however, give it a pretty good go with Fran Parman; the reality stars dated for three years between 2014 and 2017, but it's fair to say that things got pretty cringe by the end. Again, even by TOWIE's standards.
Do the relationship maths and you'll spot that the pair have now been separated for far longer than they were ever together, which of course means the drama has to be over, right? Wrong. Five years on, shade is still being slung across social media and it's petty savage. That'll be hilarious in a minute.
The latest shots were fired by Fran via TikTok (the latest weapon of choice for all active shaders).
Hopping on a TikTok trend where users confess to the pettiest thing they've done after a break-up, Fran revealed to her 15,500 TikTok followers, "So, during my whole relationship with my ex, he played FIFA. He wouldn't take me out – FIFA. Was more obsessed with FIFA than me. Loved FIFA more than me.
"So, I hacked his account and I relegated him to the lowest division. Took me hours, but was so worth it and then he had loads of millions of pounds – it's not real by the way, it's not real money – I used it all on terrible dance moves. So when they would score a goal the old Gangnam Style would come out."
She continued, "I'm still proud of it years on, because I know it hurt his heart. I'm like, 'You hurt my heart - I will hurt your heart twice as hard' Don't f**k with me."
We do our best to stay as neutral as possible when reporting on these types of celeb rows (even the petty ones), but we have to say, that's petty amazing, Fran. See? Funny.
Of course, we have to point out that Fran doesn't actually reveal which ex she is referring to here, but fans are convinced it's Diags.
One fan commented, "Hahaha instantly thought Diags 😅."
Another wrote, "😂😂 please tell me this is Diags haha."
Let's face it, we ALL pictured Diags when Fran was telling that beautiful fable of petty revenge.
Fran actually continued her reign of pettiness by interacting with followers in the comments, adding gems such as, "I wanted him to suffer longer. Sign in, think he's about to play his game and little did he know it was all gone 😂." She also responded with an "👀" emoji to one fan who flat-out asked, "Diags?".
This is one dark, unforgiving cloud of shade.
This isn't exactly the first time Closer Online has reported on these exes taking a hefty swipe at each other. Early last year, RuPaul’s Drag Race UK queen A’Whora spoke to the TOWIE cast about Essex shenanigans in TOWIE: Dragged Out (a stroke of production genius if you ask us).
In the first ever episode, Diags, Chloe Sims, Nicole Bass and then newbie Rem Larue discussed whether or not they’d turn up to an ex's birthday party (Frankie Sims and Harry Lee, we’re looking at you).
“Is there cake there? If there is, I’m there,” said Diags, to which Chloe cut in, “You liar, you wouldn’t go to your ex’s party!”
“No, I personally wouldn’t,” he conceded. “But if I had an ex who was cool and that, and it wasn’t sore or anything and we were still getting on great…”.
Ouch.
Chloe teased, “Ahh so this is about imaginary exes. If it’s an imaginary ex, of course you would show up."
“I wouldn’t go, I wouldn’t go,” he eventually said. “I’m getting off the fence, alright? You wouldn’t see me there.”
Fran first joined the show in 2014 as Diag’s roommate and started seeing Tom Pearce (throwback) but after things didn't work out she started dating Diags.

Sam and Shelby later quit the show together and are now expecting their first child.
James Argent and Jasmin Walia
In between his long-running relationships with Lydia Bright and Gemma Collins, James Argent was set up on a blind date with Jasmin Walia and they appeared to hit it off.
