TOWIE’s Chloe Brockett is never far from drama and there was plenty of that in the latest episode of the ITVBe show when Saffron Lempriere confronted her after a heartbroken Frankie Sims broke down in tears following Chloe’s flirty chat with her ex Harry Lee.
Chloe locked horns with Saffron after she was accused of trying to get back with Harry, who she dated before his relationship with Frankie, but insisted that she was only joking about wanting him back.
“I can't sit and watch a girl broken hearted and know that,” Saffron told Chloe.
But the situation escalated when the-19-year-old tried to respond and Saffron interrupted with, “Wipe the smirk off your face because I don't think it's funny.”
Despite her mum Clare’s attempts to calm both women down, Chloe ended the screaming match by throwing her umbrella and storming off.
After the scene aired, viewers took to social media to question why Clare didn’t defend her daughter including one who wrote, “How can Chloe B's mum stand there whilst her daughter is getting rinsed? Zero ratings.”
Another added, “Her own mother stood beside her not even backing her up,” while a third tweeted, “Literally stood there and said nothing!”

Things were already kicking off between Chloe and Saffron before the episode even hit our screens as they had a war of words on Twitter earlier this week.
Chloe wrote, “In regards to next episode… I’m not shocked that a certain Gemma Collins’ understudy turned on me. I was at the time… but I mean Twitter saw her for what she is before I did 😂🤷🏻♀.”
Although she swifty deleted her tweet before sharing a slightly more diplomatic reworded post, the original didn’t go unnoticed by Saffron, who clearly saw the amusing side and told Chloe, “Stick with the original, it’s funnier.”
Chloe then replied, “Thought it was a bit too much of a touchy subject for you 😗... didn’t wanna really stick the boot in x.”
It’s safe to say these two won’t be patching things up any time soon.
