Real Housewives of Cheshire star Lystra Adams has revealed that following her on-screen fall out with some of the other ‘wives, there’s only one co-star she’s on speaking terms with outside of filming.
Opening up about how much ‘reality’ there actually is on the reality show – a hot topic at the moment, with the return of Love Island around the corner– Lystra said there’s plenty of tension off camera to keep things interesting for viewers.
"Let's say you're having an argument with somebody and people think it's scripted and stuff like that and it's not,” she said.
"When you're having a heated debate or an argument and they say cut you still feel angered by it. Even when it's over and I'm going home and I'm driving I'm like 'ah that was so annoying!'"
"It is real and it's real feelings and stuff like that."

Speaking to the Daily Star, she added that she’s not even on speaking terms with most of the other Housewives.
“On a day-to-day [basis], the only person I speak to five times a day is Tanya because she's literally my best friend, it's not for telly she's really my bestie,” she continued.
"The others I don't speak with them unless we're in the room and doing our scenes. So I wouldn't necessarily know the girls met up and were talking about me until I see it."

Last series, Lystra fell out with the other housewives after she was accused of setting up a fake Instagram profile to troll them – something which turned out to be untrue.
Speaking exclusively to Closer online ahead of the series 13 debut, Nicole Sealey said, “I think you'll find a little bit of a rollover [with the Lystra Adams situation], because stuff wasn't resolved.
“At the time I actually didn't bring it to the table, and I had that information for quite a long time. It kind of came out organically later on. Obviously, not by me, and so I wasn't that bothered either way about what's going on there.”
