It’s been two years since we were introduced to the Love Island series eight cast and we're still thinking about them.
Love Island 2022 was all about Ekin-Su Culculoglu and Davide Sanclimenti's rocky romance, Adam Collard returning to the villa and waving goodbye to Liam Llewellyn and Jacques O'Neill who decided to quit the show early.
Not only did the Islander entertain us inside the villa but they kept it going in the real world too. They claimed producers put ‘pressure’ on Islanders, cast mates were misrepresented and they spilled the tea on the unaired scenes.
And another thing they opened up about was the Islanders who smoked in the villa.
If you cast your mind back to the early Love Island series (2015, 2016 and 2017) you'll remember that the Islanders had a smoking area in the villa where they often gossiped about their pals or kicked off.
It was a hotspot in the villa but before the 2018 series began, producers banned the smoking area from being shown on TV and instead they moved it and enforced a new rule where only one Islander was allowed to smoke at a time - although that didn't stop Georgie Steel from stealing some of Jack Fincham's cigarettes.
The change came about after viewers complained with head of ITV2, Paul Mortimer, telling Radio Times, “More than 50 percent of complaints about the show were about people smoking.”
Well, Love Island fans might not see the Islanders smoking anymore but that doesn't mean none of them enjoy a cigarette or vape.
During an exclusive chat with Closer Online, we asked Casa Amor's Coco Lodge, Chyna Mills and Josh Le Grove what the smoking area was like and turns out only one person smoked in the villa.
"It was outside the front," Josh explained.
However Chyna then revealed, "It was just Davide that smoked, so he was probably out there having a great time by himself."
Josh then added that Adam vaped in the villa too.
Who knew, ey?
Their confession comes after they opened up about the Love Island 2022 stars who didn't drink alcohol in the villa.
