Dumped Love Islander Georgia Townend has revealed what she think went wrong in the villa after she failed to make a connection with Hugo Hammond.
Georgia made her intentions toward the PE teacher well known in the days she was on the show, but her affections weren’t returned when Hugo chose to save Chloe Burrows in a friendship couple and send Georgia packing.
Reflecting on her short stay in the villa, Georgia said of Hugo, “I think we would have been a good match; he was really eloquent, polite. I’m not sure why there wasn’t a spark.
“I think he holds a candle for Lucinda and Chloe… I think perhaps unless he’s honest with himself and really goes for that, he’s not going to even explore other options and he just wants to protect his friends and make sure they’re ok, which isn’t a bad thing, it’s just obviously in this instance it’s at my expense.
“Maybe he doesn’t really know what he’s looking for.”

She added, “It was really tricky to go in and only have the one person I was interested in.

Meanwhile it was just yesterday that the show’s narrator Iain Stirling predicted BIG things for the incoming trio of bombshells, taking to Twitter to ask, “Genuine question. Last time 3 islanders entered the villa and all made a proper impact like this? Really impressed by Georgia, Tyler and Abigail. #loveisland”.
It seemed like Love Island viewers agreed with Iain, as many took to social media to hint that the show had just begun.
