It's been quite the year for former TOWIE stars Chloe, Frankie and Demi Sims. Actually, that's an understatement; their stars have done nothing but soar in the last half of 2022. And the only way is up, apparently.

Not only did the showbiz sisters manage to bag their own reality series, House of Sims, with OFTV this year – which will also star their brother, Charlie, and his girlfriend Georgia Shults – but they've made a permanent move to LA, leaving Essex – and most definitely TOWIE #dramz – behind.

Earlier this month the girls wrapped the first series of House of Sims – which is set for release in early 2023 and will see the Essex-based fam adjust to life in Tinsel Town as they embark on their quest to become the hottest reality telly family since the Kardashians – and soon after, announced that they were looking to buy property together in LA. We say property, what we mean, of course, is a big old cliched Selling-Sunset-esque mega mansion.

The girls – especially Frankie and Demi – recently made it clear that they had left their life in the UK behind and that LA was the setting for their next glamorous chapter.

So imagine our surprise when we stumble upon Frankie's Instagram Story and learn she's returning to the UK before 2023...

The red-headed middle sister posted a picture of herself fresh out of the shower – or some luxury jacuzzi that can also make kale smoothies and sing to you, if we know LA - to tell her 361K Instagram followers that after almost three months in LA she is "returning to the UK".

Sadly, Frankie's homecoming is set to be short-lived, as she is, in fact, returning to Essex to pack up the rest of her belongings for her new life in LA.

Frankie wrote, "Going back to the UK in like 2 days to pack up all my sh*tttt."

So, fret not, folks. The Sims star has not yet fallen, instead it's shooting upwards and upwards, and as such, we will continue to stargaze.

But where are the Sims sisters moving to exactly? Where did they actually film the first series of House of Sims? Are they all living in LA together now?

Reality star Demi Sims recently invited her Instagram followers to have a look around the stunning LA house she's been staying at during the filming of her new TV show House of Sims and damn, when can we move in?

The ex-TOWIE cast member has been over in California with her two sisters, Chloe and Frankie as well as her brother Charlie and his girlfriend, Georgia. The family have just wrapped up on season one of their new TV show and Demi took the time to showcase where they have been calling home during their time in America.

The Sims LA pool and house exterior

A pool is cool enough but when it features a unicorn float? Obsessed. The neon sign on the outside of the house scream L.A and we're totally here for it.

The Sims stairs and foyer

The house featured the most stunning set of stairs; mosaic steps with a wrought iron bannister and an open hallway leading off to the Sims' bedrooms.

The Sims living room area

Neutral toned with French doors and foliage, the living area is chic and comfortable with stunning art work and huge - mirrors perfect for outfit selfies.

The Sims living and eating area

Another sofa area led onto the kitchen and Demi showed fans the welcome snacks they'd been provided with including burgers, fries and bottles of wine. She also scanned over the eating area which included a dining table and a stunning chandelier hanging above it.

The Sims sisters bedrooms

Both Frankie and Chloe's bedrooms were featured on the video and the sisters had cozy double beds (although it looks as though Chloe may have bagged herself a king) with soft lighting and neutral colouring to match the rest of the place.

The video cuts before we are able to sneak a look at Charlie's and Georgia's or even Demi's bedrooms but she promised they were just as gorgeous. Demi explained, "The rest of the video got cut off, but Charlie & Georgia's bedroom was unreal 😂."

Fans of the Sims flooded the comments section with excited and encouraging words for Demi and her family.

"It going to be soooo good!", one follower excitedly declared, while another complimented Demi on her success, "Congratulations Demi, keep the fire burning 🔥🔥🔥."

The girls have since moved into a new property (just before Christmas) and from the looks of Demi's recent Stories it's equally as bougie and Selling Sunset-esque as the previous mansion. No doubt we'll get to know it better when series two starts streaming.
