Former TOWIE star Yazmin Oukhellou shocked the world (or more specifically TOWIE fans of the world), when she quit the show and moved to Dubai in 2021. She has since been joined by fellow ex-TOWIE cast member Joey Essex and we have to ask, is this some kind of rite of passage once you leave the show?
Anyway, Yaz is now a fully qualified skin specialist and aesthetics practitioner, as well as a luxury broker for Sycamore Real Estate, and is clearly living the high life over in Dubai. She's even given us the chance to take a look around her 3.7million AED flat. We googled it, and that’s about £800K.
In the reel, Yazmin opens the door in a fluffy pink robe and matching slippers and greets the camera with, “Welcome to my crib,” but honestly, what follows looks more like a hotel.
She then shows the camera around her two-bedroom two-bathroom luxury apartment.
After starting in her sleek grey kitchen, she boasts, "I am the best chef in Dubai".
She then brandishes a box of Wheetabix and jokes, “You’ll catch me cooking up a storm, usually a bit of this. Or, if I’m feeling extra adventurous, I might do a little bit of pasta.”
Maybe if her current career venture doesn’t work out, Yaz has a future in culinary arts.
After confessing that she mainly Deliveroos her meals, Chef Yazmin then leads the camera over to her chrome fridge and reveals a fridge full of absolutely no food. “Purely drinks, guys.”
She also shows off her spacious lounge area with her recliner sofa and flatscreen.
Then, after showing us her cream-carpeted hallway complete with floor-to-ceiling mirrors, we also get a peek at her bedroom. “This is where the magic happens… just joking I live here all by myself, there is no magic going on in this bedroom let me tell you.”
LOL.
She then shows us her second bedroom, which she has converted into a massive closet.
“For those of you that know me know I have so many shoes, so many clothes, that I’ve had to turn the second bedroom into a walk-in wardrobe,” she admitted.
This, along with the giant Channel bag in the background, is obviously so relatable.
