If there is one thing we will always take note of it's when a TOWIE star offers up some beauty tips and tricks.
Earlier on this month Queen Bee Amber Turner lifted the lid on how her make up stays in tip top shape and ridiculously gorge 24/7, and now Sophie Kasaei is revealing what keeps her lips looking so luscious.
The Geordie Shore turned TOWIE star joined the show a few seasons back when she started dating singing barber, Jordan Brook and since then has been a regular on the show.
Although Sophie admitted she has struggled with settling into her new life in Essex, the Geordie queen definitely has one thing in common with her fellow TOWIE guys and girls - she LOVES a cheeky Instagram Q&A.
In her most recent stories Sophie's fans asked for links to her fave buys; from her designer sunglasses to her favourite foundation which led the reality TV star revealing how her lips always look so damn kissable.
"I have a lip blush and swear by it," Sophie revealed, "I can't await for a top up soon."
Sophie isn't the first TOWIE girlie to vouch for the cosmetic treatment as Ella Rae Wise previously admitted to having her lips 'tattooed.'
Last year Ella revealed all to her followers on Instagram, "My lips before hand was very pale in colour, also with filming ahead and me sometimes not wearing make up on camera I thought it would be nice for a little hint of colour."
To be honest the idea of having our lips TATTOOED sounds like absolute agony but apparently it is an actual procedure people swear by.
However, if you were contemplating jumping on the lip blush gang it'll set you back a fair bit as in a couple hundred quid but then again it does last for years and who doesn't love a long-lasting beauty treatment?
Of course, it depends which clinic you fancy checking out for said lip bush procedure but prices vary from £150 to £600.
Sophie also added that she is a sucker for the MAC lip liner 'Soar' which is £20, so if £200 for a lip blush is a tad out of budget you can always invest in a much more affordable liner.
