TOWIE legend Lydia Bright rose to fame on the ITVBe show when she was just 19 years old and her seven-year stint heavily featured her on/off relationship with James ‘Arg’ Argent before they finally split for good eight years ago.
Although she mostly keeps her love life private these days, Lydia has had a few boyfriends in the public eye – including her baby daddy Lee Cronin, who she shares four-year-old daughter Loretta with – since splitting from Arg.
Lydia's most recent relationship was with hunky landscape gardener Ben Davies, who she went public with last year, however she's just revealed that they've split and she's since once again.
The reality star took to Instagram earlier this week to share her December dump and opened up about being single at Christmas in the caption.
'Of course, there was also the magic of Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and Boxing Day. However, I always leave my phone in the drawer during this time to take some time out from socials and really be present,' she wrote.
'I'll be honest I was a little nervous about Christmas. It's a time when feelings are amplified and I was worried I would feel the sadness of being single AGAIN. However, I have never felt so blessed to have my friends, family and so grateful for our memories together.'
Lydia and Ben began dating at the start of 2024 but kept their relationship under wraps for the first six months. They went Instagram official when she shared a now-deleted video of Ben walking with her daughter Loretta, who can be heard singing along to the song At All Costs from the Disney film Wish, on his shoulders.
Lydia captioned the post, 'There are so many reason why I love you, but this is my number one. Six months of us 🫶🏻.'
It first came to light that Lydia had a new boyfriend a month prior to her big reveal when they were spotted cosying up to each other at Essex hotspot Sheesh (because where else?).
Lydia was caught on camera with the tattooed fitlord's arms wrapped around her on their night out at the restaurant as they enjoyed the musical stylings of The Arg Band. Yes, that Arg.
An onlooker revealed that Lydia 'couldn’t keep her hands off' Ben and honestly, we don't blame her.
'They were passionately kissing right in front of where James was performing with The Arg Band, which didn't go unnoticed by other guests at the event,' they told MailOnline at the time.
The publication also claimed that Lydia introduced her new fella to celeb pals including Dan Edgar, Georgia Harrison and Sophie Kasaei.
The source added, 'It's taken Lydia years to go public with a partner…it was clear from how affectionate they were together that their relationship is serious.'

Lydia and Arg first met when they were teenagers and found fame on TOWIE together in 2010. The ups and downs of their relationship played out on the show before they split for good in 2016, with Lydia quitting TOWIE not long after. Despite their history, Lydia and Arg are still close and remain good pals.
Tom Kilbey
Lydia dated TOWIE co-star Tom Kilbey, the younger brother of Cara Kilbey, before she quit the show for good. Their relationship wasn't without its issues, with Tom coming to blows with Lydia's ex Arg, but they dated for a year before parting ways.
Lee Cronin
Lydia first met her ex-boyfriend Lee in 2017 and they dated for almost two years before splitting. However, they later rekindled their romance and Lydia fell pregnant, but Lee ended things 11 weeks into the pregnancy. The pair got back together again for the third time before daughter Loretta's birth, but their love story just wasn't meant to be and they broke up again.
