Although he feels like part of the furniture at this point, TOWIE’s Junaid Ahmed has only been a member of the cast for three years.

But, in those three years, the reality star has found himself at the centre of a lot of drama. Most notably, Junaid was involved in a love triangle with Joe Blackman and Harry Derbidge during series 34.

Unsurprisingly, Junaid is no longer friends with Harry – although he still appears to be dating Joe, despite the series finale teasing even more drama ahead for them.

Now that all the Harry and Joe love drama has played out on our screens, Junaid has revealed his biggest TOWIE regret and it actually has nothing to do with Joe or Harry.

In an interview on Anna and Mandi Vakili’s podcast Sisters in the City, Junaid explained, ‘I just wish I never caused drama for causing drama. Not even fake, I just think I would cause drama for no reason. Someone would maybe not say hello to me and I’d be like, “She hates me, I’m going for her now,” and it’s like, “Junaid, come on”.

However, being involved in all of the rows did have some pros for Junaid. He continued, ‘But also the benefit of that is my profile did grow very quickly from being on the show. I’m going on my sixth series and everyone’s like, “I feel like you’ve been in it for years,” and I’m like, “I’ve given you my all”. I’ve given TOWIE my tears, my drama, my insecurities, absolutely everything, Every bit of me, I’ve given them.

‘I’ve grown up a lot though, when I was younger I was very feisty and very like I’ll say what I want to say. Now I’m just chill. I can be [feisty] when I need to be, but I used to cause trouble for causing trouble.’

Junaid added, ‘When I first joined TOWIE, I was like, ‘I’m going to be the biggest b*tch, I’m going to tell everyone about themselves, and I did and lost many friends along the way.’

‘There’s things I would do very differently. I’m 30 in two months now and I think being on telly for three years, constantly the centre of storylines, it does kind of get to you.’
