The former England player, 39, and sons Brooklyn, 15, Romeo and Cruz, 9, were at the Maracanã Stadium in Brazil to watch Argentina take on Germany.
David posted a picture to Facebook of the four of them, writing: "Me and the boys at our first ever World Cup final, great day"

Despite the fact that Germany went on to win the game and the tournament, Beckhams’ boys showed their support for Argentina.
Brooklyn, Romeo and Cruz were all wearing the team’s shirts, with player Messi’s name on the back.
Someone who was not amused about the Beckhams showing their support for Argentina was Rio Ferdinand.

Complaining from the commentators’ box at half time, Rio said: “I can’t believe Beckham has let them wear Argentina shirts. My boys would never be allowed to do that. They’d be in England kit all the way.”
Meanwhile, David recently revealed that his wife Victoria had been getting annoyed with him spending so much time watching the games on TV.
Speaking in Rio de Janeiro ahead of the final last night, he was asked if he had been watching. He replied: “I have, I have. My wife’s not too happy about that, especially at the start of the competition.”

Then asked for a prediction of who would win, David said: “I’ll go 3-1 for Germany. I’m joking. I’m going 3-1 for Argentina.”
