Emmerdale producer Iain MacLeod has revealed that things are NOT over between Paddy and Rhona.
Iain, who took over Emmerdale in September 2015 from current Coronation Street producer Kate Oates, told Metro.co.uk that whilst things are temporarily over for Paddy and Rhona, fans shouldn't rule them out.
BUT with the return of Chas, Paddy's previous lover, at Christmas, could things be looking a little awkward for the trio?
Rhona obviously needs some time to get over the horrific ordeal of being married and raped by Evil Pierce Harris.
However, when the dust settles, will she seek solace in the arms of Paddy?
OR will he already have moved on with Chas?

Iain told Metro: "At the point where Chas returns, it seems that Rhona is not an option.
"So the story then becomes, 'How do you pursue a new relationship when the woman you thought you’d spend the rest of your life with lives up the road and runs a business with you?'
"You'll just have to wait and see how this love story involving these three characters pans out."
