Yup, that's right!

Instead of the weekly grind of filming a soap, muscular Ben is going to Hollywood for a life of glamour and red carpet moments.

Variety broke the news of his addition to the X-Men: Apocalypse cast earlier today.

And whilst his exact part in the new film is unknown, it's described as "significant to the X-Men universe" and a "key role".

The film is expected to focus on the romance between Mystique (Jennifer Lawrence) and Magneto (Michael Fassbender), as the X-Men face off against a classic enemy - the mutant Apocalypse.
