But have we learned enough to decide who killed Lucy Beale? Let's see...

Firstly, we saw bereaved father Ian Beale discover that none other than Billy Mitchell had been spotted (by Lee Carter) having a massive argument with Lucy on the night of her death. About fish, apparently.

Talk about a literal red herring, eh?

Anyway, Ian handled the situation badly, charging into the Queen Vic to have it out with his bumbling employee and demand some answers.

But he was no worse than son Peter, who ended up violently throwing Billy against a wall and snarling into his face - before Ian and Denise rushed in, at Lola's tearful request, to drag Lucy's twin away.

Nothing was more interesting, however, than those final scenes - which saw a mysterious 'someone' burying Lucy Beale's wallet and mobile phone, in the dead of night.

WHO WAS IT?

Well, obviously Billy Mitchell is a suspect - but we have a feeling the bumbling dad is more of a red herring than anything else.

We guess that means someone in the Queen Vic at the time of Ian's confrontation with Billy, therefore, must be the culprit.

Too bad EVERYONE was there, eh?

Yup, that's right; all of our prime suspects were there to witness Ian's crazed rant - and one of them, clearly shaken by the incident, rushed to hide the evidence.

Whitney Dean, Lauren Branning, Lee Carter, Phil Mitchell, Max Branning, Lee Carter - all the gang were there.

And, of course, then there's Peter - who has been living in the same house as a stack of incriminating photographs.

Or perhaps little Abi, back from her day out viewing potential universities, heard about the incident and rushed off to bury the evidence herself? Or maybe Jay, rattled by spotting his girlfriend's dad with a copper, decided to do a little bitta evidence burying himself?

Basically, it's all up in the air.
