WARNING: SPOILERS AHEAD

Linda (Kellie Bright) was desperately trying to convince husband Mick Carter (Danny Dyer) to have a baby with her a few months ago, so it is even more traumatic for her to discover that she is pregnant following her horrifying rape at the hands of Dean Wicks (Matt Di Angelo).

Desperate to hide what has happened, Linda tells Mick that she is not pregnant - despite the results of her test - and leaves him disappointed when she refuses to try for a baby with him.

EastEnders viewers will then witness Linda making a phone call to an abortion clinic, booking a telephone appointment for advice for later that evening.

Sensing something is wrong, and wanting to spend time alone with his beloved 'L', Mick suggests they enjoy a romantic night out together - and when Sharon (Letitia Dean) invites them for a drink at The Albert they accept.

But, as Mick attempts to get their relationship back on track, Linda is distracted.
