There is definitely something in the air over at Coronation Street as it looks like bosses are lining up two pregnancy shockers in the coming months. First up is Sinead Tinker who recently moved in with Daniel Osbourne - after ditching long-term love, Chesney Brown for him. The knicker-stitcher discovers she's preggers next week but is it Daniel or Ches's bubba?
Sinead realises she has a bun in her oven as she checks dates for a mini-break that Chesney has given her as an apology for selling her stuff in the kebab shop. Chesney's furious when his ex pops round earlier in the week and doesn't want to get make together so starts the pop-up sale as revenge.
Daniel doesn't take too kindly to the way Ches is treating Sinead and head to Prima Doner to defend her honour. It's the stuff of romantic dreams. Dan clearly gets through to Ches as he regrets his actions and hands over the mini-break voucher to Sinead to say sorry. It's then that she realises she's knocked up. And it's not long before Daniel finds out too...how will he react?
Also next week, Bethany Platt's relationship with creepy groomer Nathan steps up a notch when Mel suggests she gets a contraceptive implant put in as Nathan wouldn't like it if she got pregnant. Yikes.
Later, unknown to Bethany, Sarah invites Nathan over for tea. How will she react when she discovers her daughter's first love is actually a nasty sexual predator?
