Look, we get that Love Island producers have the difficult task of whittling 24 hours worth of content down to just 60 minutes every day while the series is airing, so we could forgive them for having to be a bit savage with their cutting. But what we really can't forgive is them cutting out the really savage bits so that huge piles of dirty villa laundry never get a good airing.

Luckily, producers might have a lot of power, but they haven't quite developed the ability to wipe an Islander's memory completely clean – cue getting Islanders in to Closer HQ to give us the Unseen Bits we truly deserve.

Love Island 2024 queen Jessy Potts – who left the villa just ahead of the final with TOWIE icon Joey Essex – paid us a visit this week and revealed that she knows for certain producers not only cut out but actively deleted one particularly "savage" scene involving the girls at the start of Casa.

When asked to talk about Islander down days (the days Islanders aren't actually filming and the girls and boys are kept separate), Jessy spilled the scalding hot tea.

She exclusively told Closer online, "So there was one down day – well, it wasn't a full down day – during Casa and when the main villa were filming, Casa Amor was on hold, and when you're on hold, girls and boys are separate and you're not allowed to talk about anything to do with the show. So [the boys and the Casa girls] were filming their party I think it was, so the girls were sat, and we'd had a couple of drinks and we had one of our phones, so we started filming, like, TikToks.

"Like, 'I'm passing the phone to this person'... and we kept recording the whole time and we got more and more savage with it, and we were crying laughing. We were absolutely ripping into each other. Some of the examples were, 'I'm passing the phone to someone that doesn't even like the person they're with in the first place', and I got, 'I'm passing the phone to someone who thinks their man is going to be stood there waiting for them, but they're definitely not.' It was so savage and the producers deleted it from the phone. That was one of the funniest times."

Deleted? Some things are just unforgivable if you ask us.

Jessy also opened up to Closer about the rumours that her Joey had secretly split since the show wrapped. She exclusively revealed that this was not the case and they are, in fact, still going strong.

She told us, "Joey and I are still together, I just don't think that we're posting as much. When we're together, we enjoy each other's company. I've heard that a lot of people want us to post more so next time I see him we will be taking more content, more Snapchats, more chill content, but yes, we are definitely still together."

More TikToks, too, yeah? Savage ones that you actually share rather than delete into the Love Island content abyss?

WATCH: Remember when Joey kissed Nicole during Snog, Marry, Pie? Awkward…
