Since she took part in Love Island back in 2020, Molly Smithhas gone on to thrive in the world of showbiz.
She returned to the villa earlier on this year for the first ever All Stars spin-off where she met, and won alongside, Tom Clare.
Fast forward to November 2024 and Molly has not only launched her own fitness program but she has also partnered up with Ann Summers for a hot AF underwear range and is still very much with her Love Island boyfriend.
Molly took some time out of her busy schedule to talk to Closer about her fave snacks, her go to meal and what food she will NEVER eat.
How much do you spend?
I tend to do my shopping little and often as I’m away a lot and often working, so I don’t like to do a big weekly food shop and waste food. I’d say in total I spend about £80 across the week and I usually shop in Tesco.
Describe your daily diet…
I usually work out first thing so I don’t tend to eat breakfast as it can make me feel sick if I’m exercising after. I’ll sometimes refuel after a hard gym session with a berry smoothie. I have avocado and eggs on sourdough with cheese for lunch, but I also love overnight oats. They’re a great go-to during busy days when I need an energy boost. For dinner, it’s usually chicken and vegetables or a noodle stir fry. I will often have yogurt with a scoop of protein powder and berries and honey during the day too, which keeps me full.
Anything you refuse to eat?
I don’t eat lamb. I really hate the taste so I avoid it.
What would you cook to impress guests?
I love calamari and garlic mushrooms so I’d make either of those for a starter. For a main, I love sea bass, so I’d cook that with some vegetables on the side. And for dessert, a cheesecake wins every time. It’s my absolute favourite.
Hangover cure?
I’d have to say either a Domino’s or a Chinese. It depends on how I’m feeling but I’d decide on the day depending on which one I thought would fix me the most.
