Over the years of watching Love Island we've heard some bizarre things.
Islanders being banned from taking in certain things, getting their phones confiscated in the villa and those secret beach trips on their day off, all spring to mind.
However one Love Island 2024 star brushing their teeth for six minutes just might top it.
During an exclusive chat with Ciaran Davies and Nicole Samuel we asked how they found being split apart throughout Casa Amor and it was at this point that the whole teeth brushing revelation came to light.
Nicole started off by saying, "Do you know what, Casa Amor obviously wasn't my best moment in the show. I feel like people seem to forget we don't know what's going on in each villa.
"So I'm over there thinking the worst, which you'd be lying if you wasn't thinking the worst of your partner. You do. You automatically think, 'Oh, he's doing something, or something's happened,' but when I came back, I felt like all the worries just went away.
"Seeing him standing there and like being told the way he acted in Casa was, apparently so so good. So after it, I felt amazing but at the time, I was like, 'Oh, what's going on over there?' But that's just natural. You put somebody in an environment where you know that they were six single girls, you're automatically thinking the worst."
Which is when Ciaran reflected on his experience and let's just say it was very different.
"Casa Amor for me? I was just bored. All the boys seem to be on one apart from Joey, so that's all me and Joey could do was talk about what's going on, and we literally just used the coffee makers and pizza cookers.
"I started doing laps around the garden, trying to get steps in, and invented a six minute tooth brush routine just to kill the time. It was boring."
LOL. Why wasn't this shown on TV?
But it wasn't all doom and gloom on Nicole's end because she said she'd actually do Casa Amor all over again.
"Just to know the fact that I could trust him straight after that, everything was there then.
"When I came back, I was like 'Right now, I know this is 100 per cent now'. So it was nice, because it was a good test for us as a couple and when six single girls were going to be throwing themselves at him and he was still like 'no', so it was really, really good and a test that we did need."
