The third time was not to be a charm, as though they became engaged after Kush suffered a cardiac arrest, they broke it off.

Kush was one of Gray Atkins’ (Toby-Alexander Smith) victims. His untimely demise came when Gray pushed Kush onto train tracks.

Kush helped him back up but Gray pushed him in front of the train.
Why was Kush written out of EastEnders?
A source told The Mirror that BBC bosses "decided his storyline had run its course".
They explained, "He’ll be missed but they’re making sure he goes out with a bang. Sometimes the cost of having a big storyline means losing big characters."
After leaving the show, Davood said, "I’ll be sad to see him go but I’ve loved every minute of playing the character.
"I have really enjoyed being part of that final storyline, my time over the six and a half years has culminated in something that people will remember."
He continued, "When you leave a show like this and the doors open, that question can stay over you for a very long time but this is a very definitive of course and I’m happy with that.
“It’s a nice thing to have a full stop to the end of Kush’s story. Although it’s the end of the line for Kush, he has given me lots of happy memories and I will miss him greatly."
