How much do you spend per week?
I love food shopping, it’s a like day out for me! A big shop costs £150, then I’ll spend another £60 on a top-up towards the end of the week.
Describe your daily diet...
Breakfast is poached eggs with turkey or chicken sausages, a slice of Danish bread or Warburtons Thins, spinach, tomatoes, asparagus and ketchup on the side. Then I’ll have a shot of ginger turmeric, apple cider vinegar and black pepper – it helps me have regular bowel movements.
Lunch is salmon with lemon and parsley and brown rice, or a sweet potato with yoghurt mixed with chicken tikka slices. Dinner is usually a chicken stir-fry, or a coconut red Thai curry.
What do you snack on?
Either a Grenade bar [a protein bar] or jelly. Sometimes I’ll have Quavers or Haribo.
Is there anything you refuse to eat?
Tuna and anchovies.
What do you cook to impress people?
I make an absolute dream of a Sunday roast. Garlic and cheese mushrooms for starters, then a roast chicken, with garlic roast spuds, homemade gravy and all the trimmings.
Food hangover cure?
A chicken kiev pizza, cheesy chips, garlic sauce and a bottle of Dr Pepper.
Takeaway treat?
I’m half Persian and love middle-eastern food like a mixed grill platter, rice salads and houmous.

Verdict
Nutritionist Juliette Kellow says: “Sophie’s daily diet sounds good, although she could do with more wholegrains – brown rice is a good start, but wholemeal bread and wholewheat noodles would provide more.
“Wholegrains are good for our heart and gut. She needs to watch her salt intake – sauces, pickle, cheese and sausages are all high in it. And she could also switch to sugar-free drinks and jelly.”
