How much do you spend per week?
Around £60 for me and my daughter, Loretta, two. I go to the supermarket for essentials, the greengrocer for seafood and I have a local fruit man who delivers fresh produce.
Describe your daily diet...
Breakfast is always eggs in some form. Loretta and I will have dippy soldiers, or scrambled eggs with tomatoes on toast.
Lunch is usually leftovers like pasta or stir-fry from the night before. I try not to eat fish or meat more than once a day, and there’ll be a couple of days a week where I’ll be meat-free as I prefer veggie meals.
Dinners include seabass and pasta, or prawn stir-fry and, on veggie days, I’ll make Indian or Thai curries using leftover veg and add kidney beans or black beans.
What do you snack on?
I tend to eat big meals so I don’t snack unless I’m going to the gym. If I am peckish, I’ll have fruit, or a health or protein bar.
Is there anything you refuse to eat?
Eating meat on the bone is a no no. I don’t eat black pudding or liver, either.

There's since been speculation that a reunion for Khloe and Tristan could be on the cards.

What would you cook to impress?
My mum, [ex-TOWIE star Debbie Bright] is Italian and we grew up on pasta and that’s what I’m best at. My signature dish is creamy seabass pasta with tomatoes, tarragon and creme fraiche. For dessert, I’d serve Eton mess or meringue.
