Love Island: All Star 2024 contestant and bombshell from Love Island 2019, Joanna Chimonides opened up on daily diet, how much she spends on her food shop, and what she refuses to eat.

How much do you spend per week?

I mostly shop at Tesco and spend about £50 a week. I live on my own and I try to keep costs down.

Describe your daily diet...

I have a poached egg, smashed avocado and bacon on a bagel for breakfast. Lunch is something like salmon with a bit of rice, and for dinner I like making a chicken breast stuffed with Philadelphia and wrapped in bacon, then I serve with sweet potato fries or mash.

Anything you refuse to eat?

I’m pretty good with food and eat most things, but I’ve recently really gone off shellfish like muscles and prawns.

Dinner party dish?

I’d make arancini balls with truffle for a starter, Spaghetti Bolognaise for main and for dessert I’d whack out the Magnums. Everyone loves a Magnum.

Comfort food?

I’m obsessed with crisps. My favourites are Chilli Heatwave Doritos, Prawn Cocktail Wotsits and Pickled Onion Monster Munch.

Favourite tipple?

If I were to go out for a cocktail, I’d get a lychee martini or a porn star martini.
