How much do you spend per week?
Maybe around £100. I prefer to go to supermarkets than shop online.
Describe your daily diet…
I try to stick to a healthy diet and I’m mindful of portion sizes (she lost 2st by overhauling her lifestyle during the first lockdown in March). Breakfast is a bowl of porridge or scrambled eggs on seeded brown bread with hot sauce. Lunch might be chicken cooked in white wine with broccoli and butternut squash. For dinner, I’ll have a veg curry with a small amount of brown rice, or chicken soup. If I’m in a rush, I’ll have a chicken or prawn salad with avocado and lettuce.
Is there anything you refuse to eat?
I won’t have fat-free products, because they’re often loaded with sugar. I don’t like cooked tuna and sardines as they make me feel squeamish, but I’ll eat raw tuna. I don’t like liver, either.
What would you cook to impress?
I’d make a delicious tuna tartare with an Asian twist to start. It’s marinated in ginger, chilli, soy sauce and spring onions. I’d do beef bourguignon with dauphinoise potatoes for the main course, served with fizzy rosé.
Favourite tipple?
I love Argentinian or Chilean wines, like a Malbec. If it’s white wine, I’ll have a Sauvignon Blanc. I also love Martinis with a lemon twist.

Verdict
Nutritionist Juliette Kellow says, “It’s great to see a celebrity with such a nutrient-packed diet. Honey G eats plenty of fruit and veg, chooses high-fibre carbs like seeded bread and brown rice, and has lean proteins, such as chicken and prawns.
“She should watch out for her salt intake, though – her fridge contains a lot of salty foods like table sauces, pickles and dressings.”
