James Lock and Megan Barton-Hanson sent the rumour mill into overdrive earlier this month when they were pictured snogging on a night out and although they had been keeping schtum about their potential romance, the new couple have finally gone public on Instagram.
The reality TV pair, who reportedly met while filming the latest series of MTV’s Ex on the Beach, cosied up together in a series of Instagram stories as they enjoyed a romantic date night at Essex hotspot Aspera.
In the flirty clips, Megan played with the TOWIE star’s hair and told him, “It's because you have the same lesbian bob as me that's why I like you. People say that. If. you look like someone you are attracted to someone."
Lockie teased back, “You did say you like girls and I look like a girl... it's a win win. It's gone to the next level. We are not friends anymore, we are lovers. She likes girls, I like a good girl."
Following his Instagram PDA with the Love Islander, Lockie’s ex-girlfriend Yazmin Oukhellou has spoken out about his new relationship for the very first time.
Despite their bitter split after a series of rows while on holiday in Dubai earlier this year, Yaz insisted, “I’m happy for him. I want him to have his happiness and meet someone. I want it for myself as well."

Yaz’s comments come after an Essex insider revealed that Megan could be set for an awkward reunion with her ex Demi Sims if she joins TOWIE alongside her new man.
They told OK!, “There's already rumours about her going on TOWIE and obviously that would be very awkward for her ex, Demi [Sims]. She was also linked to Pete Wicks at one point so it could all make very tense viewing."
If she does decide to appear on the Brentwood-based reality show, Megan would join fellow Love Island star Joe Garratt who recently made his TOWIE debut on a date with Frankie Sims.
