Vicky Pattison has been spotted looking "beyond wasted" at Barcelona airport
The I'm A Celebrity winner, 31, was seen looking worse for wear in the departures lounge at Barcelona airport on Monday.
Vicky was videoed by a worried fan as she stumbled through Barcelona-El Prat departures.
In a video given to The Mirror, the former Geordie Shore star can be seen looking unsteady on her feet as she waits for a female friend.

The fan, who did not want to be named, told the publication that he filmed the star as he wanted to ensure she gets, "the help she needs".
He said, "I know what she looks like so just knew it was her, everyone in my group was amazed that a girl of her profile was so wasted. Her jaw was 'swinging' around."
When her blonde friend emerged, Vicky, who is back dating Ercan Ramadan, put her arms around her and they stumbled off together.

Vicky's trip to Barcelona comes after the reality star recently commemorated the one year anniversary of her best friends Paul Burns' death. She shared an emotional post that confessed her "life hasn't been the same" since he passed.
Vicky captioned the snap: “I want you to know that my life hasn’t been the same. That I’ve missed you everyday and that I’ve thought about you often.
"That we talk about you all the time. That we still cry. Not always sad tears- sometimes happy ones- at our memories of you. We toast to you everytime we go out- and then always tell our favourite Paul stories. We all have different ones. But there’s always a theme- you were the best person we knew and we consider it a privilege to have called you a friend."
She ended, "Paul Burns, you were too good for us and too good for this world. I’ll always love you".
