Dianne Buswell has decided to changed up her look since being booted out of Strictly Come Dancing.

Famous for her long, bright red hair, the Strictly star shared a picture of her new mane on Instagram.

She chose to keep her statement red hair but decided to have a chop by cutting her flowing hair to a shoulder-length bob.

Ruth Langsford and Anton Du Beke’s tumble at the end of their Paso Doble

Oh dear, oh dear. Ruth and Anton's fall at the end of their skirt-swishingly passionate Paso Doble left the audience in stitches in series 15. Naturally, after falling over Ruth decided the only way to make up for the fall would be to climb on top of Anton and lie down on the dancefloor. Poor hubby Eamonn Holmes (and the judges) didn't know where to look.

Charlotte Hawkins forgetting pretty much all the steps to her and Brendan’s Cha Cha

We don't think we've ever seen such a disaster. The poor Good Morning Britain presenter donned a spangly dress and stumbled her way around the dancefloor in series 15. The pair scored only 12 points from the judges, with surly Craig only giving them two out of a maximum ten points.

Ed Balls and Katya Jones’s unforgettable Gangham Style salsa

It's pretty much impossible to erase the memory of former politician Ed Balls doing the iconic Gangham Style moves during his energetic salsa in series 14. Ed and Katya's salsa only scored 25 points with the judges, but his moves caused something of a stir, with even Brucie getting in on the action and performing the South-Korean dance craze himself.

John Sergeant and Kristina Rihanoff’s Paso Doble

We don't know what the Paso brings out in Strictly's celebs but it does make for some iconic glitterball-worthy (or not) moments. In John's Paso, he stomps around the floor looking rather grumpy before dragging his partner Kristina along the dancefloor like he's taking out the bins. Despite his slightly dodgy dancing, John managed to hang on until week nine of the competition. He then pulled out because he was worried his popularity on the show might mean he could actually win it.

McFly’s dancefloor invasion when Harry Judd and Aliona Vilaniwon

They're just such nice boys, aren't they? After beating Waterloo Road's Chelsee Healey to the glitterball in series nine, the McFly drummer was mobbed by his bandmates on the dancefloor. To Tess and Bruce's surprise, Tom Fletcher, Danny Jones and Dougie Poynter jumped on Harry and Aliona to congratulate them on their win. They were then swiftly ushered off stage, but it was a lovely classic-Strictly unscripted moment that left a smile on everyone's faces.

Russell Grant flying out of a canon

Picture this: It's 2011, Strictly's gone to Wembley and astrologer Russell Grant is being shot out of a canon. Completely bizarre and oh-so Strictly. Russell's star-spangled jive opened the show in front of 6,000 bewildered people and earned him a score of just 24 points. Sadly the canon wasn't enough to propel him into the next round.

Scott Mills Joanne Clifton7 of 10

Scott Mills and Joanne Clifton’s crab-themed samba

The BBC Radio 1 DJ wasn't afraid to get into character for his under-the-sea samba in series 12. In what is possibly the most un-glam Strictly costume we've ever seen, Scott did his best crab-hands and samba-ed his way to 25 points. It's a shame the judges don't score on facial impressions because Scott would've gained top marks.

Anne Widdecombe Anton Du Beke8 of 10

Anne Widdecombe's entire Strictly career

Ann Widdecombe was lifted, launched and thrown across the dancefloor during series eight. The highlight of her performances on series eight was probably this big-bird style dress, maybe it's supposed to distract from the terrible dancing? Who knows. Despite never scoring more than 21 points on her performances, she managed to cling on to hope of winning the glitterball until week ten.

Brendan Cole’s trousers splitting during his salsa with Sunetra Sarker

After an energetic salsa with Casualty star Sunetra Sarker in series 12, Brendan suffered an unfortunate crotch-related wardrobe malfunction. After the dance finished, Brendan remained on his knees and shuffled towards the judges. Sadly his attempts to hide the tear didn't work - Bruno admitted he may have seen Brendan's 'bongos' after all.

The Lindyhopathon judging debacle

There's something quite satisfying about seeing the judges in a bit of a tizz. After series 16's super quick Lindyhopathon, the judges mislaid their scoreboard, resulting in a 'beserk' scoring ceremony. In true 'the show must go on' spirit, the judges cobble together their bits of paper and manage to get the scores out.

Dianne asked her 819k followers, "What do we think to the short hair?"

One fan commented: "I actually love it. How do you suit every hair style!!"

Another said: "WHAT ON EARTH THIS IS AMAZING."

However, there are a few followers who weren’t convinced by the chop, with one fan commenting: "I love it but I kinda prefer it longer."

She has had long red hair since she started as a professional dancer on Strictly Come Dancing in 2017.

Dianne Buswell and her celebrity partner DJ Dev Griffin were voted off by Strictly judges after dancing the cha cha to Sam Smith's Dancing with a Stranger.

The pair were unable to contain their disappointment as they embraced at the end of the show and Dianne broke down in tears.

Dianne made it to the finals of Strictly last year with her now-boyfriend Joe Sugg, and so her departure came as a shock to viewers.

She was so upset by the decision that she pulled out of taking part in the Strictly podcast after filming wrapped.

In an appearance on BBC2’s It Takes Two, Dianne said, "Dev has been such a gentleman. I couldn’t have asked for a better partner and he worked so, so hard. I’m just really, really sad that it’s come to an end."

She also said that if Dev ever wants to take up dancing again, she would be happy to be his teacher.
