Strictly Come Dancing star Katya Jones is reportedly struggling to deal with her split from husband Neil Jones, with her heartbreak leading to a series of embarrassing mishaps on the show.
Katya and Neil split after six years of marriage in August but told fans they would remain friends in a joint statement. However it appears the strain of working together on the popular BBC One show is starting to become too much, with Katya forced to deny she was DRUNK after falling over during a recent routine with partner Mike Bushell.
“Neil has been her best friend for over ten years, and suddenly he is not really in her life any more — they exchange pleasantries on set, and that’s it,” a source told The Sun.
“They’re both flirty people, and have had quite a bit of interest from other parties, but Katya isn’t ready to move on — she still wears her wedding ring.
“The final straw came after she fell over on the show, and was bombarded by keyboard warriors accusing her of being drunk and unprofessional.”

Katya and Neil’s split came just months after she was pictured kissing comedian Seann Walsh when they were paired together during the 2018 series of Strictly and it’s thought that she continues to receive abuse over the incident.
The source continued: “People also brought up the past, and started accusing her all over again of being a home wrecker.
“It was deeply upsetting so she was emotional again last week, which led to more abuse. She seems caught in a vicious circle.”
They added: “Katya is a tough woman, with a thick skin but she is only human, and has been pushed too far.”

Katya and her ex-husband are thought to have recently clashed behind the scenes at Strictly after she told host Claudia Winkleman she’d “never been better,” which Neil perceived as a dig.
According to The Sun, Neil had “words” with Katya when the show ended, with a source explaining: “He thought what she said was a dig, and didn't appreciate it.
“He was annoyed and told her so - but she denied it was anything to do with him.”
Neil is currently dancing on the show with former Arsenal defender and Women’s World Cup pundit Alex Scott.
This is his first year being paired with a celebrity partner, replacing Gorka Marquez who had a baby with actress girlfriend Gemma Atkinson earlier this year.
