Stephanie Davis has been rushed to hospital after collapsing in Liverpool

It's hardly surprising that Stephanie Davis might be feeling a bit stressed right now.

Just yesterday, Jeremy McConnell appeared in court to face chargers of assaulting back in March, and of course, the Hollyoaks actress has recently become a mum for the first time.

And it appears her turbulent personal life has begun to take its toll, as last night Steph was rushed to hospital after collapsing in a hotel in Liverpool.

Steph's representative confirmed the news, teling The Mirror: "I can confirm our client Stephanie has been admitted into hospital with a stress related illness this afternoon.

"She is expected to make a quick and full recovery. She's still in the hospital now but she's okay, she's being well looked after."

The news of Steph's collapse is even more shocking, as things were finally starting to look up for her.

Just last week 24-year-old exclusively told Closer magazine that her and Jez were talking about marriage and having more kids, and over the weekend, Steph shared a loved-up image of her and Jeremy on Instagram.
