In news that wouldn’t have been out of place in 1921 but is in fact from this very week, Joe Swash is reportedly less than impressed that his wife-to-be Stacey Solomon is considering keeping her own last name after they marry.
Loose Woman Stacey was overjoyed when last year her telly presenter beau finally proposed, months after welcoming their son Rex together.
But despite finally reaching her dream of walking down the aisle, Stacey, who first rose to fame on the X Factor in 2009, said she “really doesn’t know” if she will become Stacey Swash once they’re officially man and wife.
Recording her answer after a fan asked during a Q&A what her plans were, Stacey wrote, “Why does this sound so weird? I've wanted to marry Joe since the day I met him.
"But I feel really sad about losing my surname. Is that silly? It's my mum and dad's name. It's me. It's who I am. Did anyone else feel like this?"

“You've been banging on about being married for years and now suddenly you're like, oh I don't know!"
Earlier this week Stacey confirmed she and Joe would be tying the knot this year with an adorable video of herself and her sons Zack, 12, and Leighton, eight, flicking through a scrapbook of their “Love Story”.
